You also agree to obtain consent from your customers for the use and access of their personal information by Pumper and other third parties.
What Information Do We Collect from Merchants and Why?
- Personal Information: Name, email address, store admin URL, and phone number. This is used to confirm your identity, contact you, provide advertising and marketing, and comply with legal requirements.
- Usage Data: Information about the Proveway websites you visit, how and when you access your account, device and browser information, and IP address. This is used to improve our services and personalize the experience.
- Order Information: Details about your orders to match your payment account transactions with your Shopify orders. This information is used to provide our service.
When Do We Collect This Information?
We collect personal information when you install the app, access our service, or otherwise provide us with the information. We also partner with third parties to help screen out merchants associated with fraud.

We collect our merchants’ customers’ order’s Transaction ID, Tracking Number, Courier Name, and billing address. We do not collect or store merchants’ customer names, email, or card details. This information is used solely to provide our service and is not shared with third parties.
4. Information from Pumper Website Visitors and Support Users
We collect information about the device and browser you use, network connection, IP address, and cookies installed on your device. Personal information submitted via our website’s messaging feature or chat support, including name and email address, is also collected.
