As part of our mission to help merchants keep their PayPal accounts in good standing, Proveway SRL, through its Shopify app PayPal Uptrack, “Uptrack” or “the App” collects and process a lot of information.

Uptrack provides the service of submitting tracking information to PayPal (“the Service”) for merchants who use Shopify to power their stores and installed the App.

This Privacy Policy is intended to help you better understand how we collect, use and store your personal information—whether you are a merchant or you’re simply visiting this website. Proveway is responsible for all onward transfers of personal information to third parties. For instance, Similar to many SaaS providers, we use a top-tier, third-party data hosting provider (Siteground Inc.) with servers located in the U.S., to host our online and mobile services. Siteground is certified under EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which means EU personal data can be transferred to them in confidence.

Proveway works with merchants and users around the world, including in the EEA.
